About SehatDoc
We build clinic software on the same side of the problem as you
SehatDoc is made in Pakistan for practices here. That is not a slogan on a page — it decides what gets built, what it costs, and who picks up the phone when something breaks.
Clinic software is not a new idea. What was missing was a version written by people who have watched a Pakistani front desk at six in the evening: three patients standing, one on the phone, a register open at the wrong page, and a doctor inside who has no idea how many people are still waiting.
Imported systems do not fail here because they are badly made. They fail because they assume things that are not true in this market — that patients read English, that payments go through a card terminal, that the internet holds, that a clinic can afford a per-doctor licence quoted in dollars. Each of those assumptions pushes a little more work back onto the clinic until the register wins.
So SehatDoc starts from the other end. The prescription prints in Roman Urdu if that is what the patient reads. The reminder goes out on WhatsApp. The bill takes EasyPaisa. The consultation keeps saving when the line drops. And the whole thing runs on the computer already sitting at reception.

Prescriptions print the way patients read
Most systems sold here assume an English-reading patient. In practice the instruction has to be understood at home by whoever picks up the medicine.

How we decide things
Four rules we argue about internally
Every product has a handful of positions it will not trade away. These are ours, written down so you can hold us to them.
- The receptionist is the real user
- A doctor opens the software a few dozen times a day. The person at the front desk lives in it for nine hours. If it is confusing for them, nothing else about the product matters, so the front-desk screens get the most attention.
- Local before clever
- Roman Urdu dosage text, WhatsApp instead of email, JazzCash on the invoice, and prices in rupees were not features we added later. They are the reason the product exists in this shape.
- No feature held hostage
- We price on how many people log in, not on which parts of the clinic you are allowed to use. A plan does not quietly withhold the one screen you needed.
- Your records are yours
- Ask for an export and you get one, in a readable format, without a retention conversation first. Software that holds your patient history hostage is not software you should trust with it.
Working with us
Tell us what your clinic actually needs
A good share of what SehatDoc does today exists because a doctor in Multan or a receptionist in Peshawar told us the current version was getting in their way. That channel is open.
Try it with next week's patients
Plans start at PKR 4,000 a month, billed in rupees, with setup and staff training included. Bring over next week's patients and see whether the evening session runs any easier.
Setup help and staff training are included on every plan.
